Ribandar is a historic settlement along the Mandovi River between Panaji and Old Goa. The area contains old Portuguese-era buildings, churches, coconut groves and scenic river landscapes. The Ribandar Causeway connects the settlement with Panaji and provides a historic route toward Old Goa and nearby river islands.
