BlueKonkan was born from a simple frustration — travellers couldn't
discover the best local spots in Konkan, and local businesses couldn't
reach the customers who were already there.
We built the marketplace that connects both sides — and helps the Konkan
economy grow one booking at a time.
It started with a family holiday to Tarkarli. We spent hours trying to find a decent homestay, a local seafood restaurant, and a boat for snorkelling — all through WhatsApp forwards and unreliable Google searches.
Meanwhile, the homestay owner we finally found told us he gets most of his bookings through word of mouth — and loses customers every day because he has no digital presence.
That disconnect was the problem we set out to solve. BlueKonkan was incorporated in 2023 with one mission: give every local business in Konkan a digital shopfront — and help customers discover the best local experiences.
Today we serve Hotels, Food outlets, Rental vehicles and Bazaar shops across Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, and Goa — with more regions coming soon.
