The Kushavati River flows through the interior regions of South Goa and forms an important part of the landscape around Quepem and Curchorem. The river and its surrounding countryside provide scenic views, especially during the monsoon and post-monsoon seasons. Its banks are associated with traditional villages and agricultural landscapes.
