Dabhol

Dabhol is a historic port settlement in Dapoli taluka located near the mouth of the Vashishti River. The port has a long maritime history and was an important trading centre on the Konkan coast. Today, the area combines historic and religious sites with fishing villages, estuary scenery and traditional coastal culture.
