Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary

Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary is Goa's largest protected wildlife area and forms an important part of the Western Ghats ecosystem. The sanctuary contains dense forests, streams, waterfalls and habitats for numerous species of mammals, birds, reptiles and other wildlife. Dudhsagar Waterfall and Mollem National Park are closely associated with this region.
